If you are having operation issue with your eMP10 device, go to our “Warranty Claim Page” and fill in the form. Once received, one of our representatives will contact you. You can also contact eMP10 Warranty Claims Department at 702-907-4495 to speak with an eMP10 associate directly. If it is determined your claim is eligible for our warranty service, you can send in the defective device to eMP10 Warranty Claims Department at the address provided.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, eMP10 will either repair the defective unit or exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts.
Please include the following items with your request:
– Defective unit with boxing
– Copy of your receipt showing the date, vendor, and amount paid
– a brief note describing the reason for return (a typed note is preferred; however, we will accept handwritten.)
– Return shipping address and phone number

The only way to be sure that you are buying a genuine eMP10 stimulator unit is by purchasing from an authorized eMP10 retailer as there are many counterfeit dealers who sell devices that imitate our trademarked eMP10 stimulator devices.
Unauthorized dealers have been known to use the eMP10 logo and product photography without our consent, making it difficult to distinguish an authentic eMP10 product from a fake.
These counterfeit products are not approved by the FDA and may present a health and safety risk to the consumer.
eMP10 retailers are individually owned and operated. If you purchased a device from a mall kiosk or retail store you will need to contact that retailer to check their return/refund policy. Your retailer’s contact info can be found on your receipt.
